Our Story
Basement Bars is an artist advising and events management company specializing in creative marketing, artist development, community growth, and live events of all kinds. Basement Bars Entertainment, LLC is a name many may commonly see, as that division of our brand handles all events carried out under the name Basement Bars.

Formerly Basement Bars Records, we began with a mission to sign artists we believed in. However, we quickly realized that if we operated like major labels, we would become one. Basement Bars is focused on growing a community of artists and individuals in the music industry and giving them the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.

Overall and with a comprehensive approach, we aim to launch small business ventures spanning the realms of Music, Entertainment, Web3, and AI, while steadfastly pursuing our core mission of empowering artists to network and thrive within the music industry.

The Question​
While a businessman's primary pursuit lies in generating profit, an artist is driven by the creation of art. If leadership is entrusted to an individual solely motivated by financial gain and personal power, what would the quality of art produced under their direction be?
Problem & Solution
Our biggest competitors are the major labels all over the world. They are run by people whose primary interests are money and power. Although Basement Bars began as a record label, and is equipped to be both successful and creative from a business/artist standpoint, we are a result of the love for music, and we are certainly not claiming that all record labels are bad. Unlike the major labels, we are not greedy and do not have tunnel vision on what generates revenue. They only care about what increases the quantity of sales, while we care about the quality of the art.
We are here to liberate artists from the shackles and chains of an industry that needs to be redefined and restructured. We will take back control and give it to the artists, and most importantly, connect them with anyone they need to thrive in their careers without major labels.

Basement Bars is not another ‘indie’ label. This is the beginning for new and modern music businesses where we change the definition of a record label.
